A small, intentional group of women moving through growth together. This is your playground, your space to experiment with ideas, feel seen, supported, and in community as you explore personal or professional shifts.

Each week, you’ll join a guided live session, with your cohort group, designed to help you reflect, share, and grow. These gatherings are interactive and grounded — a rhythm that keeps your momentum steady and supported.

Two Tiny Experiment Cycles

Across the 12-week period, you’ll run two micro-experiments that help you shift habits, energy, or mindset in any personal or professional space you choose for yourself. Small steps, tested gently, with room to adjust and evolve.

A Dedicated Sharing Space

Your cohort gets a private digital space to share what’s showing up for you, ask questions, process thoughts, or connect throughout the week — creating continuity and community between live sessions.

Communal Accountability

Growth sticks when you’re not doing it alone. This experience creates natural accountability through connection — checking in, making curiosity in each other’s journey open, cheering each other on, and witnessing each woman’s journey.
