Named one of the Top CXOs and a Top Female Leader in FinTech on the New York Stock Exchange, Bridgette Penel founded IN+PLENTIFUL to redefine how women grow and experience leadership — not as a destination you reach, but as a practice you nurture throughout your entire career.
After holding executive roles at multi–billion-dollar tech companies, she saw firsthand how few psychologically safe, constructive spaces existed for women to explore the real work of leadership: the relational, emotional, and internal shifts that evolve over time.
And across conversations — with early-career women, senior leaders, boardroom decision-makers, entrepreneurs, and women building hyphenated, portfolio careers — one theme always emerged: leadership needs to be developed early, revisited often, and supported collectively.
