Growth isn’t about doing more — it’s about becoming more of who you already are.

We built IN+PLENTIFUL because we’ve lived what it feels like to want more — not more titles or noise, but more depth, purpose, and alignment in the work we do.

Between us, we’ve spent over two decades helping leaders navigate the intersection of ambition and wellbeing — from boardrooms and startups to coaching circles and kitchen tables. What we found again and again was that women were leading everywhere, but often doing it in isolation.

IN+PLENTIFUL was born from a shared belief:

Growth happens faster, deeper, and more sustainably — together.

We designed this space for women ready to grow their leadership in this new modern-day pace women find themselves in— through reflection, connection, and community that actually fits real life.

We know what it takes to choose growth — and keep choosing it.

What We Believe

  • We believe leadership isn’t earned by title, but practiced in how you show up — for yourself, your work, and others.

  • We believe ambition and wellbeing belong in the same room.

  • We believe women lead differently — and that difference is our greatest strength.

  • We believe growth doesn’t have to be linear to be meaningful.

  • And we believe the future of leadership looks more human — and more full — than it ever has before.

Hi, we’re Bridgette + Meredith

We deeply care about what it really takes to grow as women who lead — and what it costs to do it alone.

We met at a shared crossroads: both successful by every external measure, both feeling the weight of holding so much for everyone else, both craving a fuller version of growth that made space for us, too.

We built IN+PLENTIFUL to be the kind of space we wish we’d had sooner — one that meets ambition with nourishment, reflection with direction, and women with each other.

Together, we bring different lenses to the same mission: Bridgette from the world of fast-moving startups and tech innovation, and Meredith from the world of executive leadership and enterprise transformation.

But at the heart of it, we share the same belief — that growth doesn’t have to burn you out to be real.

  • I spent 20 years climbing and leading inside the tech industry — scaling startups, launching products, and helping teams perform at the edge of what’s possible. I loved the rush of it all — until I realized I was doing it with no space to breathe.

I learned what it means to lead in male-dominated rooms, to steady my voice when the stakes were high, to build teams that performed under pressure — and to carry the invisible load outside those rooms, too.

After years of trying to balance drive and depletion, I finally asked: What if ambition didn’t have to come at the expense of myself?
That question — and every woman I know who’s ever felt it — is what inspired IN+PLENTIFUL.

My work lives at the intersection of women’s potential and business outcomes — because the two aren’t meant to compete.

Two different stories.

One shared belief: Growth should feel accessible, expansion, and not exhaustion.

  • For years, my world was strategy, performance, and growth.
As an executive inside a global energy company, I learned how to move complex systems — mergers, transformations, teams — toward a shared vision. It was rigorous, rewarding, and relentless.

But the deeper I went into corporate life, the more I saw a truth that no metric could measure: the human cost of leadership without reflection. I began to wonder what it would look like if women could grow in spaces that honored both clarity and care.

IN+PLENTIFUL grew from that wondering — a place where women could lead without losing themselves.

Because the kind of leadership that lasts is the kind that expands who you are, not just what you do.
