Welcome to IN+PLENTIFUL. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including but not limited to the free STUDIO space, STUDIO+ offerings, CULTIVATE+ Membership, POD sessions, coaching experiences, digital guides, and our website located at inplentiful.com (the "Site"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Definitions

  • "STUDIO" refers to our free-access digital space where users can explore career inspiration, mindset prompts, templates, and resources.

  • "STUDIO+" refers to the premium version of STUDIO available exclusively to CULTIVATE+ Members, which includes access to small peer groups (PODs), premium prompts and tools, coach-led experiences, and extended resources.

  • "CULTIVATE+ Membership" refers to a paid subscription service that includes monthly Growth Sessions, Scenario Labs, STUDIO+ access, physical tools such as quarterly journals, and exclusive content from coaches.

  • "PODs" are small, intentionally curated groups of members who meet monthly under the guidance of a coach as part of the CULTIVATE+ Membership.

Eligibility

To access STUDIO, you must be at least 18 years of age. Access to STUDIO+ and CULTIVATE+ Membership requires payment and approval through our application and review process.

Account Registration

To access certain features (such as STUDIO+), you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.

Membership Terms

CULTIVATE+ Membership is billed in 3-month billing cycles or annually. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges unless and until you cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Access to STUDIO and STUDIO+

  • STUDIO is freely available and does not require payment.

  • STUDIO+ access is included only with an active CULTIVATE+ Membership.

  • We reserve the right to add, change, or remove content from either version of STUDIO without notice.

Cancellation and Termination

7.1 Member Cancellation: You may cancel your CULTIVATE+ Membership at any time. No refunds will be issued, but access will remain active through the end of your billing period.

7.2 Termination by IN+PLENTIFUL: We may suspend or terminate access to any service (including STUDIO+) at our discretion for violation of these Terms or behavior that disrupts the member experience.

7.3 Impact of Termination: If your CULTIVATE+ Membership ends, your access to STUDIO+ and all membership-only features (such as PODs and coaching content) will also end.

Changes of These Terms

As our offerings evolve, these Terms may be updated. We’ll update the "Effective Date" and notify members via email or within the platform. Continued use of services means you accept the revised Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by IN+PLENTIFUL, including prompts, guides, recordings, templates, branding, and designs, are the property of IN+PLENTIFUL and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Community Conduct

You agree to uphold a respectful, inclusive environment in STUDIO, STUDIO+, and all POD or Growth experiences. IN+PLENTIFUL reserves the right to remove any user who disrespects others or disrupts the space.

Disclaimers

Our services are designed to support personal and professional growth, but outcomes are not guaranteed. Coaching experiences, peer support, and tools are educational and exploratory—not therapeutic.

Limitation of Liability

IN+PLENTIFUL (In Plentiful, LLC) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
