Where you might find yourself now

  • You're sensing it’s time to reconnect with what matters

  • You’ve outgrown parts of your current season — but aren’t sure what’s next

  • You’re craving meaningful dialogue that doesn’t start with “So, what do you do?”

Why this Circle feels different

I didn’t realize how much I needed this.

This gave me space to be more than just my role.

I felt seen in a way I hadn’t in years.

I finally found a space safe enough to exhale.

This was the reset I didn’t know I needed.

I came in unsure, but left with clarity.

These women didn’t fix me — they held me.

I remembered parts of myself I forgot.

Something in me shfited.

I didn’t know conversations like this existed

This wasn't surface - it was soul-deep.

We talked about what actually matters.

There was no pressure to have to show up prepared - feels so nice.

This helped me hear my own voice again.

COME AS YOU ARE, WHEREVER YOU ARE

THE PAUSE THAT FINDS YOU | A LAYER TO SHED | WHISPERS + WANTS | THE STORIES YOU’RE READY TO REWRITE | CREATIVE COURAGE | A THREAD TO KEEP PULLING

Not everything that shapes you happens on a stage.

Sometimes, it begins in a quiet room with good questions, honest women, and space to say what you’ve never said out loud. Not a finished version of yourself — but a stronger space to move forward.
A question you didn’t expect.
A voice you’ve been waiting to hear again — your own.

01

A deeper awareness of what you’re ready to shed and embrace.

03

A feeling of being seen without needing to be anything but authentic.

02

Language for longings you hadn’t yet named

04

A thread you’ll want to keep pulling, long after the circle ends

Bridgette

Guide, Space-Maker, Inner Architect

Bridgette created the Becoming Circle as a space she longed for but rarely found—one where women don’t have to prove or produce to belong. Having spent her formative years building a career in leadership roles in the tech industry, her work has since evolved into human-centered design and the human sciences. This expansion into guiding transformation in both personal and organizational spaces allows her to bring intention, gentleness, and a deep respect for nuance into every conversation. She believes that quiet clarity has its own power—and that every woman holds wisdom waiting to be heard.

Your Circle Is Held By …

Not one voice. Not one style.

Every Becoming Circle is facilitated by one of our guides—each with her own lived experience, style, and coaching practice. What they share is a belief: that women deserve space to pause, nourish, reconnect, and move forward from a place that’s rooted, not rushed.

They don’t come with answers. Instead, they come to help you hear your own voice again, see a new version of yourself, or simply find the space you need for grace.

Kris

Guide, Exhale Maker, Possibility Partner

Kris is the kind of guide who makes you exhale the moment she speaks. After a career spent helping women navigate the winding paths of work, ambition, and reinvention—particularly in the tech and recruiting world—she now coaches with a keen sense of what it means to feel both bound and bountiful. Her work gently untangles what no longer fits and invites women to rebuild with more intention, more breath, and more truth. She brings both clarity and compassion to Becoming Circles, helping each woman remember she doesn’t have to be anyone but herself to be whole.

“I didn’t even realize how much I needed space like this until I was in it. It wasn’t therapy, and it wasn’t coaching—it was something softer. It made me want to listen to myself again.”

— Daniella

“Bridgette creates such a unique energy in the room (virtually!) that made the experience such a safe space to share. I feel after each session I was able to catch up with myself in a good way.”

— Sara

“There is a time to be alone, and there is a time where being in a room with others is what you need. This is what Circle has been for me. I feel I learned more about myself here.”

— Marissa
