Each member is thoughtfully matched into a private, coach-led peer group that meets monthly in our Growth+ Labs. These sessions offer real-time connection, scenario-based learning, and space to strengthen your voice, visibility, and decision-making in a trusted circle.

We’re big believers that you get out of it what you show up for. That’s why we invite women into the membership who have the capacity to nurture their career for at least 1–2 hours each month. Live participation creates richer connection and real-time growth—but we understand life is full. In addition, many of our members also engage with our free STUDIO space to explore prompts, make space with new tools, and keep her career growth inspired.
