External Communication Policy

Your trust matters to us. We take your privacy seriously and are intentional about how we communicate with you as a member of IN+PLENTIFUL.

We’ll only reach out through the official channels listed below and only for reasons tied directly to your membership, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Our Official Channels

  1. Inside STUDIO + Member Platforms
    Direct messages, posts, and notifications from the IN+PLENTIFUL digital platform and mobile app.

  2. Email from Verified Domains
    Emails will only come from addresses ending in @inplentiful.com.

    • Member Support: support@inplentiful.com

    • Membership + Billing: membership@inplentiful.com or billing@inplentiful.com

    • Payments are processed via Stripe. You’ll never be asked to share payment details over text or social media.

  3. Phone Calls + SMS (Text Messages)
    Used only for scheduling, account, or support purposes.

    • All SMS will clearly identify themselves as IN+PLENTIFUL.

    • Every message will include an option to opt out.

Social Media + External Groups

IN+PLENTIFUL team members may join external communication groups (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn groups). Any opinions expressed by them in those spaces are their own and do not represent the company. We don’t moderate or manage external groups.

Fraud + Impersonation

If you believe someone is impersonating an IN+PLENTIFUL team member, or you need to confirm whether a communication is legitimate, please email hello@inplentiful.com. We encourage you to block/report suspicious accounts immediately and avoid sharing personal information with them.
