Member Application + Consultation

Every nominee completes our membership application and participate a private 30-minute consultation with our team.

This conversation helps us:

Membership Overview

Billing and Renewals

  • No problem. If an employee’s start is delayed, we’ll simply issue a refund for the unused months. Your renewal date will stay the same, and we’ll make sure you’re not paying for time they didn’t get to use.

  • We use Stripe as our preferred partner for billing and our Corporate Customer Portal. Stripe offers a secure, modern experience for managing your organization’s memberships—and meets the rigorous financial, privacy, and compliance standards trusted by companies around the world.

    If you're handling memberships through a central team (like HR or L&D), we’ll set you up with a Stripe Customer Portal, where you can:

    • View and download invoices

    • Update your payment method

    • Manage your subscription in real-time

    If departments or managers need to purchase memberships independently, we support that too. Each department will receive its own checkout link and access to a dedicated Customer Portal, giving them direct control over their team’s billing and renewals.

    Whether centralized or distributed, your organization’s financial and transaction data remains protected by Stripe’s robust security infrastructure—so you can focus on your people, not payment logistics.

  • Yes. Companies that sponsor 5 or more memberships at once receive a 10% discount on each membership. This applies automatically at the time of purchase.

    If you have 20+ memberships you’re looking to sponsor, we recommend engaging with your I+P team member to explore other preferred pricing opportunities!

  • Yes. If your company prefers that individual departments or managers handle their own purchases, we fully support that.

    Each department will receive its own dedicated checkout link, and tiered pricing is automatically applied—no discount codes needed. When five or more memberships are purchased in a single transaction, the 10% discount is automatically reflected in the pricing.

    This ensures every department benefits from volume-based savings, even if memberships are purchased separately across the organization.

  • Billing begins immediately upon purchase. The membership access for employees begins as soon as we complete onboarding.

  • We get it—timing doesn’t always align perfectly. If an employee's access is delayed, we’ll gladly issue a refund for any unused time during their first billing cycle. Your renewal date stays the same, and no one pays for time they didn’t get to use.

  • All corporate memberships are billed on an annual cycle and are set to auto-renew for your convenience.

    Your renewal date is based on the original purchase date. You’ll receive two reminder emails—60 days and 30 days prior to renewal—giving you plenty of time to review, make adjustments, or update your payment method.

    If anything needs to change before your renewal processes, you can do so directly in your Stripe Customer Portal, including:

    • Updating your payment method

    • Reviewing upcoming invoice details

    • Making changes to your active membership subscriptions

    Our team is here to support any updates you may need along the way.

  • Yes. You can purchase additional memberships at any time. New members will begin a new billing cycle based on their start date, or we can align their billing to your existing renewal cycle if preferred.

  • Yes. You can cancel your corporate membership—or reduce the number of seats—at any time.

    Please note that cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not issue refunds for unused time within an active annual term. When a cancellation is submitted, your subscription will simply not renew at the end of the current cycle.

    Before you cancel, we’re also happy to support membership transfers. If an employee leaves the company or shifts out of scope for the program, we can reassign their membership to another team member—so your investment continues to support someone on your team.

    All changes can be made through your Stripe Customer Portal, or by reaching out to our team directly.

  • Yes. Stripe will automatically email a detailed receipt after each payment and provide downloadable invoices for your records.

    At checkout, you’ll also have the option to enter custom fields to support your internal processes—including:

    • PO number

    • Billing code

    • Department or cost center

    • Employee names associated with each membership

    This information will appear on your invoice, making it easy for your finance team to reconcile and track expenses.

    Need a copy sent to an additional contact or finance team member? Just let us know—we’re happy to help route your receipts where they need to go.

  • Each membership includes:

    • Access to monthly, coach-led sessions,

    • A curated peer POD (8–12 women),

    • Digital growth tools, and

    • A structured onboarding experience.

    Members are matched with a consistent coach and group to ensure continuity, trust, and meaningful progress over time.

  • Memberships are billed annually and run for 12 months from the date of activation.

  • No. While sessions are hosted monthly, members are not locked into a fixed curriculum or seasonal track. Instead, they explore scenario-based sessions that reflect real workplace dynamics and support timely career growth. They have a large influence on the scenarios explored based on their current role, workplace dynamics, and areas they want to lean into.

  • We use a deeply thoughtful matching model focused on three factors: career posture, industry environment, relational presence, and career goals. This ensures each POD is made up of relatable peers navigating similar dynamics.

  • Each member completes a brief application and a 1:1 consultation with our team. From there, she’s matched and placed into a group, meets her coach, and receives onboarding guidance to help her feel prepared and confident before her first session.

  • IN+PLENTIFUL is built for early-career women in real momentum—craving more upward movement, more impact.
    We blend coaching, peer connection, structured self-discovery, and scenario-based learning rooted in real lessons from women who’ve moved up before them—so members don’t just talk about what’s hard or listen to what’s coming up ahead, they practice how to move through it.

  • Yes. You can hand-select participants or allow open interest. Either way, we’ll provide templates to support your internal rollout.

  • Yes. We allow one seat transfer per membership within the annual term.

  • Yes. Once your employees activate their membership, we’ll confirm their onboarding timeline and key milestones with your internal point of contact.

  • Yes. You’ll receive a receipt immediately after checkout. If a PO number or department code is needed, there’s a field to enter it during purchase.

  • We provide two checkout links: one for the company to process its portion and one for the employee to pay the remainder. The employee's access is activated once both payments are complete.

  • Yes. We’ll provide a shared tracking sheet with status updates so you know who’s fully enrolled.

  • Yes. There are parts of membership readiness we engage with employees that can be done in parallel to collecting membership funding.

  • Memberships are established as auto-renewals for both parties, including your portion annually.

    In a scenario an employee departs from your organization, we transfer the employee into a self-funded membership.

Full Sponsorship = you assuming 100% of the cost of the membership on behalf of your employee.

Partial Sponsored Membership

Partial Sponsorship = you assuming 50% of the cost of the membership on behalf of your employee. The employee will financially be responsible for the remaining 50%.

Let your women raise their hand. We provide internal email templates + awareness materials. Women self-select and complete the “Secure Your Spot” application.

Invitation-Only

Extend a personal, thoughtful offer to specific women selected by the organization. We send them a warm invitation and host a live JAM session (Join. Ask. Meet.) to celebrate their potential + walk them through the experience.
