We’ll then reach out to schedule your JAM (Just A Moment) session—a 30-minute, get-to-know-you conversation that helps us learn more about you and your career goals. You’ll also have space to ask us anything you’re wondering.

It’s casual, thoughtful, and all about you. This isn’t an interview—it’s a conversation. We explore where you are, what you’re craving, and what kind of support might serve you best right now. We also use this time to determine whether CULTIVATE+ is the right fit for what you're want for your career journey.

Totally okay. Many women apply when something in them is stirring—even if they can’t name it yet. You don’t have to have it all figured out. We’ll talk it through together in your JAM session and only move forward if it truly aligns with what you need.

We’re looking for women who are growth-minded, coachable, and open to navigating real conversations with others in a similar career stretch. It’s less about your title or resume—and more about your energy, presence, and readiness to engage with support.

After your JAM session, if we both feel this is a fit, your membership begins once payment is received. That said, because we thoughtfully match each member to a small peer group and coach, there may be a brief wait before your first session begins. If a group is not immediately available, we’ll keep you in the loop and share timing expectations clearly—your seat is saved, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.
