1. Description of Services
IN+PLENTIFUL is a values-driven membership experience designed to support women as they grow in both life + work. The Services include coach-led group experiences, curated peer support, and digital growth resources rooted in personal and professional development.
1.1 Membership
Membership grants access to a curated group of peers, live coaching sessions, and a library of digital content (including Cultivate Guides and growth tools). Membership is by application and subject to approval based on fit and readiness.
1.2 Coach-Led Sessions
Members are invited to participate in monthly small-group sessions led by Growth Coaches. Coaches are independent professionals aligned with IN+PLENTIFUL’s values and methodology. These sessions are designed to create space for intentional reflection, growth, and connection. IN+PLENTIFUL facilitates access to these sessions but does not directly provide coaching services.
Disclaimer: Coaches are not employees or agents of IN+PLENTIFUL. Coaching conversations are intended to support personal development and do not constitute therapy, mental health treatment, or professional consulting.
1.3 Peer Group Community
Members are matched into peer groups to foster connection and consistency. Participation in these groups is based on time zone, professional season, and application insights. IN+PLENTIFUL reserves the right to restructure peer groups at any time to optimize member experience.
1.4 Digital Tools + Resources
Membership includes access to proprietary digital resources including Cultivate Guides, reflection tools, and guided self-growth experiences. These resources are provided for professional and personal development purposes only and may not be reproduced or redistributed.
1.5 Eligibility
To apply for membership, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be located in a U.S.-based time zone that aligns with live session availability
Be able to participate in at least one live group session, per month
Agree to abide by our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
IN+PLENTIFUL may change or update its eligibility criteria at any time and reserves the right to approve or deny membership at its sole discretion.
2. Payment + Billing
2.1 Membership Fees
Members agree to pay the annual membership fee associated with their membership plan. Fees are communicated during the application and enrollment process and may be subject to change with notice.
2.2 Billing + Renewal
Membership is billed automatically on a recurring basis (annually) unless canceled. You authorize IN+PLENTIFUL to charge your selected payment method at each billing interval unless canceled before the next billing date.
2.3 Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation will stop future charges. Please note that no refunds are issued for partial months or unused time.
2.4 Failure to Pay
IN+PLENTIFUL reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access if payment is declined, reversed, or not received within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Member Expectations + Conduct
3.1 Community Guidelines
Members are expected to engage respectfully, maintain confidentiality, and honor the integrity of the peer and coach-led spaces. Harassment, discriminatory behavior, or disruption of the experience will result in review and potential removal from the membership.
3.2 Coaching Ethics
Coaches are independent professionals and do not provide therapy, crisis intervention, or medical advice. Members should not substitute coaching for clinical or legal guidance.
3.3 Use of Materials
Digital materials and growth resources are for individual member use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or used for external professional purposes without written permission.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership of Content
All content provided through the IN+PLENTIFUL Membership—including Cultivate Guides, Growth Tools, reflection exercises, session frameworks, platform materials, and related digital assets—is the property of IN+PLENTIFUL or its content partners. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 Member User License
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use IN+PLENTIFUL content for professional and personal development purposes only. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or shared outside the membership without express written consent from IN+PLENTIFUL.
4.3 Trademark
The IN+PLENTIFUL name, logo, and associated branding elements are trademarks of IN+PLENTIFUL and may not be used without permission.
5. Privacy + Data Usage
5.1 Your Privacy Matters
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you share with IN+PLENTIFUL is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your data.
5.2 Data Collection
When you join the membership, we may collect basic profile information (such as your name, email address, time zone, and professional interests), participation data, and engagement insights to improve your experience and shape our programming.
5.3 Session Confidentiality
We ask all members to honor confidentiality within live sessions and peer groups. While we cannot control or guarantee the behavior of other members, we hold our community to high standards of respect, discretion, and integrity.
5.4 Platform Partners
Some data may be shared with third-party service providers who support our operations (e.g., our growth platform host or payment processor). These partners are required to follow strict data protection standards and only use your information for intended purposes.
5.5 Opting Out
You may request to update or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us directly. However, opting out of essential communications may limit your ability to participate in the membership experience.
6. Disclaimers + Limitations of Liability
6.1 Coaching + Peer Experiences
IN+PLENTIFUL offers access to Growth Coaches and curated peer groups to support intentional development. These experiences are not therapy, clinical support, or legal/financial advice. Participation is voluntary, and any decisions made as a result of engagement are your responsibility.
6.2 Independent Coaches
Coaches are independent professionals, not employees of IN+PLENTIFUL. While we carefully vet and align with each coach, we do not supervise or guarantee outcomes from coaching sessions.
6.3 No Guarantee
We cannot guarantee any specific outcome, transformation, or measurable change. Your growth is shaped by your participation, readiness, and personal context.
6.4 Platform Access
We make every effort to maintain a reliable and secure digital experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to sessions or resources. We are not responsible for service interruptions or technical issues beyond our control.
6.5 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IN+PLENTIFUL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the membership. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for membership in the twelve months prior to the claim.
7. Termination + Cancellation
7.1 Membership Cancellation by You
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our team or through the designated account management tools, if available. Cancellation will stop future billing, but refunds are not issued for any unused time remaining in the current billing period.
7.2 Termination by IN+PLENTIFUL
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership access if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a member has:
Violated our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
Disrupted the integrity of the coaching or peer experience
Failed to pay fees or maintain an active membership status
In the event of termination for cause, no refunds will be issued.
7.3 Account Deactivation
IN+PLENTIFUL may deactivate or archive inactive accounts or those no longer in good standing after a period of dormancy or non-participation, following a reasonable effort to re-engage the member.
8. Updates to Terms
8.1 We Evolve, So Do Our Terms
IN+PLENTIFUL may update these Terms of Service as our offerings, platform, or legal requirements evolve. When we make changes, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and provide notice through reasonable means—such as email or platform announcement.
8.2 Your Continued Use = Agreement
By continuing to participate in the membership after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you may cancel your membership at any time.
9. Governing Law + Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9.2 Information Resolution First
We believe most issues can be resolved through open conversation. If you have a concern, please reach out to us at [insert email] before pursuing any formal action. We’re committed to listening and working toward resolution in good faith.
9.3 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved informally, you and IN+PLENTIFUL agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), to be held in Houston, Texas. Either party may seek equitable relief in court (such as an injunction) for violations related to intellectual property or confidentiality.
9.4 No Class Actions
You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of a class action or other collective proceeding.

10.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, represent the full agreement between you and IN+PLENTIFUL and supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements.
10.3 Waiver + Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that portion will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Terms will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
