We’re done watching potential slog upward. We’re building the space for women to rise sooner—before delay becomes default.
IN+PLENTIFUL was created for ambitious, early-career women navigating modern life: growing careers, evolving identities, and constant demands.
We offer structure.
We offer space.
We offer the kind of support that protects her spark—helping her make leaps forward.
OUR PURPOSE
Potential doesn’t wait forever.
And if you’re not helping her rise now, you’re risking her walking later.
IN+PLENTIFUL exists to change that.
We coach ambitious, early-career women through the moments that shape their first upward moves—equipping them with relatable connection, experiential practice, clarity, and strategy that is relevant. Because what’s often labeled “soft” is actually what accelerates success.
We didn’t need another leadership checklist.
We needed a space to say, “Is it just me?”
To unpack what no one was saying out loud—
While still moving forward.
That’s the power of scenario-centered growth:
Real dynamics.
Real-time clarity.
With women who get it.
IN+PLENTIFUL exists to cut through the isolation that slows women down—and replace it with momentum, insight, and steady self-trust.
Because growth doesn’t stick when it’s theoretical.
It sticks when it’s felt.
When you practice it before it breaks you.
And when you’re not doing it alone.
We built this for who we were.
And for every ambitious woman coming up behind us.
Built by Women Who’ve Been There
We built IN+PLENTIFUL because we wished it had existed earlier—in the moments we were rising fast, carrying big ambition, but had nowhere to unpack what was really happening beneath it all.
Bridgette Penel, Co-Founder
Bridgette built her career in the high-velocity world of tech—helping startups scale and guiding enterprise companies through defining milestones, including IPOs. She knows what it’s like to lead in male-dominated environments while raising a family, sustaining a marriage, and carrying the invisible weight of always needing to deliver.
After years of navigating the twists, turns, and unspoken dynamics of rising fast, she began mentoring other women—helping them move with greater clarity and confidence through the same complexity. Again and again, she saw what made the biggest difference: space to unpack what’s happening, support to process it, and strategy to rise on purpose.
But when the research kept pointing to what she’d already felt firsthand—that the later women make upward moves, the more compounding the disadvantage—Bridgette knew it was time to build something bigger.
That became IN+PLENTIFUL: a space for ambitious women to gain the kind of insight, connection, and momentum that changes what’s possible earlier—before potential stalls out.
Meredith Sadlowski, Co-Founder
Meredith built her career leading at the highest levels of the energy sector—rising through executive roles in global oil and gas companies and navigating the intensity of a fast-paced, male-majority industry. Along the way, she learned what many ambitious women come to understand: success demands constant reinvention. The pressure to adapt, deliver, and lead—without losing yourself—never lets up.
Through it all, Meredith remained grounded in what mattered most at home, raising three daughters while managing the weight and visibility of leadership. But the further she rose, the more convinced she became: too many women are navigating high-stakes careers without a space to metabolize what’s really happening underneath it all.
Her passion for building more sustainable paths to leadership—and a shared vision with Bridgette—sparked the founding of IN+PLENTIFUL: a space built by women who understand both the fuel and the friction of ambition.
“ Together, we’ve created something we both wish had existed earlier in our careers—a space that helps unpack what’s unfolding in the day-to-day in a way that let’s me feel less isolated - see what’s going on for what it is - know what to let go and what to carry forward - and hone the skills to propel my readiness for my upward movement.”

“
Over the past decade, companies have invested more energy and resources in women’s advancement. But the fragility of the progress in the pipeline highlights the need to do more.
McKinsey & Co., Women in the Workplace 2024
Many women are stuck because no one is actively championing their advancement at the first level.
Ambiguity on performance and output benefits the status quo and often disadvantages women.
What gets shared gets attention—and action.
Mentors advise. Sponsors advance.
The biggest drop-off in a woman’s advancement is the first promotion from entry-level to manager. Without nurturing this first step, the leadership pipeline remains inequitable - creating a compounding disadvantage for both her and the organization.
It is these things we help her figure out - navigate - and hone.
