We’re building a future where women don’t have to choose between ambition and wholeness.

IN+PLENTIFUL was created for ambitious women navigating modern life: growing careers, evolving identities, and constant demands.

We offer structure.

We offer space.

We offer the kind of support that protects her spark—while she rises.

Our mission is to make self-connected, healthy growth in both life + work the new standard—not the exception.

OUR PURPOSE

Too many women have the potential to rise in title—
but without the right support, their spark fades along the way.
IN+PLENTIFUL exists to change that.

We’re here to help her stay connected to what fuels her— so she doesn’t just reach new heights, but stays lit up once she gets there. This is about more than career growth.
It’s about energy that sustains, confidence that lasts, and a rhythm of growth that aligns with both life + work. For women, it’s a space to stay grounded in what matters—while still reaching higher. For organizations, it’s how you help her lead without losing herself in the process.

We didn’t need another playbook.
We needed a room full of women who got it
who were walking through the same tensions,
asking the same questions,
and craving a space where it was safe to figure things out in real time.

That’s the power of scenario-centered growth:
Real conversations.
About real dynamics.
In a room where nothing gets glossed over.

IN+PLENTIFUL was created to remove the isolation so many women feel at work—and replace it with shared insight, forward momentum, and grounded clarity that sustains.

Because growth doesn’t happen from the outside in.
It happens when you can explore what’s real—before it derails you.
It happens when you’re not doing it alone.

We built this for ourselves.
For the women we were.
And for the next generation of leaders who are just getting started.

Built by Women Who’ve Been There

We built IN+PLENTIFUL because we wished it had existed earlier—in the moments we were rising fast, carrying big ambition, but had nowhere to unpack what was really happening beneath it all.

Bridgette Penel, Co-Founder

Bridgette built her career in the high-velocity world of tech—helping startups scale and guiding enterprise companies through defining milestones, including IPOs. She knows what it’s like to lead in male-dominated spaces while raising a family, nurturing a marriage, and carrying the unseen weight of always needing to be “on.”

As a woman who has long navigated the tension between ambition and presence, Bridgette brings a deep belief that sustainable growth requires more than strategy—it requires space. Space to be surrounded by women who are climbing their own ambitions, who can relate to the weight of it, and who are just as committed to exploring how to grow through the complexities women uniquely face. Her own experience—and a shared vision with Meredith—sparked the founding of IN+PLENTIFUL: the space they both wished they’d had earlier in their careers. A space where women can grow, lead, and stay whole in the process.

Meredith Sadlowski, Co-Founder

Meredith built her career leading at the highest levels of the energy sector—rising through executive roles in global oil and gas companies and navigating the complexity of a fast-paced, high-demand industry. Along the way, she experienced what many ambitious women know well: the constant need to adapt, the challenge of growing and leading in male-dominated spaces, and the ever-present desire to stay grounded at home.

As a mother of three daughters, Meredith brings a deep commitment to creating spaces where women can rise without losing the parts of themselves that matter most. Her journey—and a shared knowing with Bridgette—sparked the founding of IN+PLENTIFUL: a space built by women who understand both the drive and the weight of ambition, and who believe no woman should have to navigate it alone.

What We Believe

Growth needs rhythm, not rush.

Success should never cost your spark.

Ambition and wholeness are meant to coexist.

You don’t have to do it all to be doing it well.

You’re not meant to figure it all out alone.

Isolation feeds doubt. Connection restores clarity.
